Using your own body weight and a combination of strength work and cardio intervals, this 45-minute high-intensity training class is designed to push you to your limits: tyre flips, monkey bars, battle ropes to name a few of the delights! Appropriate for all fitness levels. See you soon, Private!

Our Yoga classes are designed to lengthen and strengthen your whole body.
Suitable for all levels, you will be guided through a Vinyasa flow (connecting several poses together) building up strength and creating heat in the body.
This is followed by stretching and relaxation, giving your mind a chance to slow down.
