PUMP & TONE

Feel The Burn! If you want to get lean and toned, Pump and Tone is for you. Forget heavy barbells and bulging veins, this class is all about light to moderate weights and super high repetitions meaning fast results you can see and feel. 

BOXERCISE

Box your way to fitness! There is no body contact so don’t be alarmed. Instead, you will train using a variety of boxing moves and techniques that provide a calorie burning workout suitable for all abilities. This class will leave your muscles burning and your heart pumping ready to take on the world.

BOOTCAMP

Feel The Burn! If you want to get lean and toned, Core is for you.
As its name suggests, our Core class is an intense abdominal workout designed to tone the stomach area. This abdominal workout focuses on core strength and stability, giving you tighter, flatter abs or that 6 pack you’ve always wanted! And don’t worry – our Core class isn’t just sit-ups. Our highly-trained instructors will show you plenty of new moves that work muscle groups you didn’t even know you had.

PILATES

Sculpt your stomach in record time while learning how to activate your core muscles and glutes. Improve strength and posture without adding bulk by using Stott Pilates, a low impact, intelligent exercise system.

YOGA

Our Yoga classes are designed to lengthen and strengthen your whole body.
Suitable for all levels, you will be guided through a Vinyasa flow (connecting several poses together) building up strength and creating heat in the body.
This is followed by stretching and relaxation, giving your mind a chance to slow down.
