Squats, bench presses, lunges, deadlifts, rows and shoulder presses are mainstays of the workout, often modified so you can get the most out of this style of exercise. Exercises are often superset and combined giving you plenty of variety.
How can you use the same weight for your arms as you would your legs? Well, that’s simple, remember you will be using your bodyweight as well when you are squatting and lunging so the entire body gets an even workout and you can focus on the exact areas you want to target. It doesn’t matter if you want athletic looking arms, toned thighs, chiselled glutes or a flat stomach. In this class, no muscle gets missed out!
