In vinyasa yoga, you will learn how to connect each movement to a synchronised breath. You will learn how this breath acts as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next.
Improved flexibility is one of the most obvious benefits of Yoga. If you stick with these classes you will almost certainly see your flexibility improve. Some people are naturally more bendy than others, but gradually from week to week, seemingly impossible poses will become achievable, aches and pains will start to disappear and your posture will improve.
