Terms of Use
Last updated: 26 July 2026
These terms apply to your use of rpfitness.co.uk. By using the site you accept them.
The site is operated by RP Fitness Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 09469475, registered office Unit K Trinity Hall Farm Industrial Estate, Nuffield Road, Cambridge CB4 1TG.
What these terms cover
These terms cover the website and anything bought through it, which currently means online courses.
They do not cover gym membership. Membership is sold and administered by Ashbourne Management Services and is governed by the membership agreement you sign with them, together with the gym rules displayed on site.
Using the site
You may use the site for your own personal or business purposes. You may not copy, republish or redistribute its content without permission, attempt to interfere with how it works, or use it in any way that is unlawful or that could damage RP Fitness or another user.
RP Fitness aims to keep the site available at all times but does not guarantee it. Access may be suspended for maintenance or for reasons beyond RP Fitness’s control.
Accounts
Buying or enrolling on a course requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything done through your account.
An account may be suspended or closed if these terms are broken.
Online courses
What you are buying
A course gives you access to video and written material through your account on this website. Prices are shown on each course page and include VAT where applicable.
Courses are educational. They do not constitute personal training, coaching, medical advice or a qualification, and completing one does not certify you to do anything.
Payment
Payment is taken by PayPal at checkout. Your order is accepted once payment clears and access is granted.
Access
Once you buy a course it is yours to keep. Access does not expire and there is nothing to renew. Course material may be updated, added to or corrected over time.
If a course is withdrawn from sale, anyone who has already bought it keeps their access.
Cancellation and refunds
You normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content and receive a refund.
Because course material is available immediately, you will be asked at checkout to agree that access begins straight away and to acknowledge that doing so ends your right to cancel. If you agree to this and then access the course, the 14 day right no longer applies.
If you buy a course and do not access any of the material, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund by emailing info@rpfitness.co.uk.
This does not affect your legal rights if a course is faulty, not as described, or not delivered.
Injury clinic bookings
Appointments booked through this site are with the practitioner named on the injury clinic page. Payment is taken at the gym rather than online.
When booking you confirm that you will disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries or medications to the practitioner before treatment. Treatment may be declined if it would not be safe or appropriate.
Appointments can be cancelled through the customer panel link in your confirmation email, up to 12 hours before your appointment. Inside 12 hours, or to change your appointment to a different time, phone the gym on 01223 426041.
Repeatedly missing appointments without notice may result in future bookings being declined.
Treatment at the injury clinic is not a substitute for medical diagnosis. If you have a serious or undiagnosed condition, see a doctor.
Personal training
Personal trainers based at RP Fitness are self employed and hold their own insurance and qualifications. Any training agreement is between you and the trainer directly, not with RP Fitness.
An RP Fitness membership is required to train with a trainer based at the gym.
Content and intellectual property
All content on this site, including course material, text, images, video and branding, belongs to RP Fitness Limited or its licensors.
Course material is licensed to you for your own personal use. You may not share your account, download and distribute the material, or reproduce it for teaching or commercial purposes without written permission.
Reviews and third party content
The site displays customer reviews from Google. These are the views of the people who wrote them and are reproduced as written.
The site links to other websites, including Ashbourne, PayPal and social media. RP Fitness is not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
RP Fitness is not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
Where RP Fitness is liable in connection with a course, that liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Information on this site relating to training, exercise and injury is general and educational. Anyone starting or changing an exercise programme does so at their own risk and should take medical advice if they have any doubt about their health.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you use the site or place an order.
Complaints and governing law
If something goes wrong, email info@rpfitness.co.uk and it will be dealt with promptly.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
