    RP Fitness Online is an online personal training service where you can work directly with me, Richard Patman. After an in depth consultation I will then design your Personal training plan which will be explained to you in detail.

    It doesn’t end there, to ensure you are happy and getting the most out of every exercise, session and training plan; I will be regularly checking in with you, answering all your questions you have along the way and constantly fine-tuning and adjusting your training plan as you go to ensure it perfectly meets your needs.

    Once upon a time I didn’t think so. However, technology has come a long way and you no longer have to compromise on the service quality or user experience. RP Fitness Online has made coaching more affordable, more convenient and also, far better value!

    Using the RP Fitness Online app I am able to adjust your Personal training plan, track your progress in real time, answer your messages, review your exercise technique and provide you with all the support you need anytime, just as if I were right there with you.

    Yes, your training plan will be as unique as you and your goals. I will design every workout to fit in with your lifestyle, using exercises that take into account your preferences, consider any injuries you need to work around and based around the equipment you have access to.

    In working hours I will try to get back to you as quickly as possible. Depending on your timezone this may be slightly longer but I will always endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours of messaging.

    Yes, I work with complete beginners to advanced lifters and I will always keep in mind your goal, current level and ability when I create your plan.

    Then, I will work closely with you to ensure your coaching continues to reflect your experience as you progress to the next stages of your fitness journey.

    The RP Fitness Online app will allow you to track and share your food intake. I do not offer prescriptive individualised meal plans, only registered dieticians can do this. Luckily, for the majority of people this isn’t going to be necessary.

    Instead of placing someone on restrictive, inflexible diet plan and have them spend their lives meal prepping and calorie counting. I prefer to educate and advise the people I work with in how to make better food choices, eat healthier and make practical suggestions so that your diet works for you and your goals.

    For many goals a gym membership may be preferable. However, I will work around your circumstances and the equipment and facilities you have access to be it; commercial gym equipment, a couple dumbbells and a band, or just a bit of floor space in your living room.

    Yes, I have managed, hosted and refereed meets, I have competed in and won national and international competitions, held various titles and records and trained many other successful elite lifters. I have also been trained by many of the worlds best powerlifting coaches including Boris Sheiko and Dietmar Wolf.

    I can offer advice and training to those who are new to the sport or just interested in improving their big three. i can also work with more advanced lifters, create detailed training plans based on their current lifting phase and provide more technical nuanced guidance.

    No, I help people from all over the world. One of the many amazing things about RP Fitness Online is that you can effectively take the training app anywhere you want that has WIFI/data signal.

    Even if you travel regularly, this makes online personal training even more of an ideal fit.

    All in one easy to use place, the RP Fitness Online app.

    Once you have signed up to RP Fitness Online, you will receive login details for the app. You can access the app from multiple devices including iOS, android and a desktop browser.

    You will log all of your metrics and sessions either via mobile or desktop, every rep, set, weight used, distance covered, and time taken will be tracked and synced instantaneously.

    This allows me to check your progress, go through your sessions, answer your messages, schedule video calls and provide feedback to you all in one place.

    After signing up to RP Fitness Online, you will receive an in-depth questionnaire to complete. Once you’ve completed your questionnaire I will then get started on your programme.

    I will have your plan created within the next few days (four days max). This is the time it takes to create a truly customised programme.

    In the mean time and for Essential plan users, feel free to familiarise yourself with the app and why not try one of the many pre-written workouts or programmes.

    Every exercise has a detailed description and a video of how to perform the movement. If you are ever unsure of your form you have the option to send me a video so I will be able to give more specific pointers for next time.

    RP Fitness Online is a monthly rolling direct debit and is a non-refundable service. You can request to cancel at anytime by getting in touch via the contact page.
