Join Online

Sign up to RP Fitness Online and complete your consultation. Tell us your goals, experience, injuries, schedule and what equipment you have access to.

Your custom programme

After you join, you will receive an in-depth questionnaire to complete. Once that is submitted, Richard starts building your programme. Your plan is usually ready within a few days (four days max) so it can be fully customised.

Train, track and get coached

Your training begins. Follow your new programme, log your sessions, upload videos and check in with Richard. He will work closely with you to refine your technique, adjust your plan and keep you moving towards your goals.

The plan evolves with you

As your strength, fitness, goals or lifestyle change, your programme is updated so it stays aligned with where you are and where you want to go.

Meet Richard, the "RP" in RP Fitness

With more than 20 years of coaching experience, Richard has helped thousands of people, from complete beginners to elite athletes, train smarter, move better and reach their goals safely and efficiently.

As a former World Powerlifting Champion, IPF referee, advanced Pilates instructor and sports therapist, he brings a mix of strength training, biomechanics and rehabilitation knowledge to every programme.

Alongside coaching clients through RP Fitness Online, Richard also coaches other personal trainers, creating education and advanced programming support for coaches who want to raise their standards.

Do I need any specific equipment?

No. Your plan is built around what you have, whether that is a fully equipped gym, a basic home setup or minimal kit. We ask what is available during your consultation and programme around it.

Is this only for RP Fitness members?

How much contact will I have with Richard?

Richard will personally answer all your messages so you will never be left guessing. You can ask questions, send videos and get clear, practical feedback inside the app.

What if I have an injury or something flares up?

Let Richard know through the app. Your programme can be adapted around injuries or limitations, with exercise choices and loading adjusted to keep things as safe and effective as possible.

Is there a minimum term?

RP Fitness Online is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. For best results we recommend giving the process at least a few months, but there is no long contract.

What if my goals change?

That is completely normal. As your goals, schedule or environment change, your plan is updated so it stays aligned with what you are working towards.
