WHAT ARE THE STAFFED HOURS?
The gym is open 24/7 to members, click here to view staffed hours
WHAT DO I DO AFTER JOINING
Please visit reception during staffed hours to collect your new entry key fob. You will receive a confirmation email and a health questionnaire will be sent separately. This must be completed before you can use the gym
IS THERE PARKING?
Yes, parking is onsite and free, please use code 2580 on the keypad to raise the car park barrier.
We also have bike racks available
HOW DO I USE BRING A FRIEND BENEFIT?
As a member of RP Fitness, you can have up to 3 friends join you for a free workout on the last Friday and Saturday of every month.
That’s 72 FREE passes a year! This is only available during staffed hours, view the dates here
DO YOU HAVE LOCKERS?
Yes, we have key return lockers in our changing rooms and extra lockers in the café
DO YOU OFFER DAY PASSES?
We sure do! Day passes are £12 and available to purchase at reception during staffed hours.
Please note that we only accept card payments and your day pass must be used during staffed hours.
HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO JOIN?

HOW DO I GET PERSONAL TRAINING?
Personal training at RP Fitness is exclusive to members, once signed up get in touch with one of our trainers here: Personal Training
SAFETY
When necessary, get a spotter
ENTRY
Use your key fob on the card reader by the entrance doors and the following turnstile. Your key fob will let you into the gym once, in a three-hour window. This is so only members are using your gym
SHOWERS
Showers shut off from 10 pm to 5 am
VENDING
The water cooler and protein shake/pre-workout vending machines operate 24/7. The coffee machine will be unavailable during unstaffed hours
RESPECT
Be respectful of the facilities and other members; keep the equipment tidy and in its correct place once you have finished using it
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
We hope you don’t need to! But to cancel your membership please give your 1 month notice at any time by getting in touch with Ashbourne Membership Management, which manages our payments and memberships.
