Opening hours
The gym is open to members 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Staffed reception
- Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm
- Saturday 10am to 4pm
- Sunday 12pm to 4pm
Reception is unstaffed from 2:30pm to 2:50pm on Wednesday and Friday.
Reception is unstaffed on bank holidays. The gym stays open to members as normal.
Finding us
Free parking on site and bike racks by the entrance.
- On foot or by bike, there is a passageway opposite the Volkswagen garage on Milton Road that leads into the industrial estate, and another at the end of Green Park Road.
- From Cambridge North station, walk along the guided busway and take the second left onto Nuffield Close.
